Blue Zone - Priority Service Area

We can readily accomodate ambulance transport in our Priority Service Zone, & our home visit consult fee is typically a standard fee, which includes the first 20 minutes of travel free from our base to your front door. Our response times here are generally rapid & most pets are seen within 1 hour of a request. Request a visit today.

Green Zone - Main Service Area

Our Main Service Zone is within a short travel from our base. We can readily accomodate vet-to-vet ambulance transports & home visit consults in this zone. Travel fees for home consultations may apply, but the first 20 minutes of travel is free. Request a visit today.

Yellow Zone - Extended Service Area

In our Extended Service Zone, we can accomodate vet-to-vet ambulance transports & home visit consults for sick pets on a case-by-case basis. Consultation fees + time-based travel fees apply when exceeding 20 minutes of travel from our base. Our response times here are generally rapid & most pets are seen within 1 to 2 hours of a request. Orange Zone - Outer Service Area

Our Outer Service Zone covers locations that are greater than 1 hour from our base & is reserved for pets that need ambulance transport between vet hospitals. Cost estimates & fees are dependent on case severity & travel time. We commonly respond to these areas for serious & life-threatening illness & injuries. We may direct more simple, stable health issues in this zone to your nearest veterinary facility. Please contact us to discuss your pet’s case.
